The advanced All-on-4 teeth implant technique is becoming an increasingly popular form of full arch teeth implant. This revolutionary technique is where a whole arch of either lower or upper teeth are supported by only four implants. This technique is specifically important for patients that had previously been told that implants were not available to them due to excessive bone loss. This technique does away with the need for grafting. Previously, these patients may have required bone harvested from their hip to restore bone volume.
At Lentini Dental, the All-on-Four treatment is performed with the option of a provisional bridge placed on the implants immediately, despite multiple tooth removals, on the same day, or, a permanent bridge within 2 or 3 days of the implant teeth surgery.
